The firm seeks an experienced hire candidate to join the Life Science Tools & Diagnostics equity research team as an Associate. The candidate should possess equity research experience in healthcare, preferably focused on the life science tools & diagnostics sector. Key qualifications Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record. Possess industry knowledge of the Life Science Tools & Diagnostics sector. Minimum 2-3 years experience in healthcare equity research. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong financial modelling and analysis skills as well as stock picking abilities. Attention to detail. Ability to develop strong client relationships. Strong team orientation. Experience managing others on teams and assuming leadership of projects. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. |
Duties: | Work closely with the senior analyst to launch on the LS Tools & Diagnostics sector. Write reports/notes on companies under coverage. Develop and maintain financial models. Interpret data and perform analysis on market, economic and technology trends. Contribute to the generation and execution of investment ideas. Communicate with the equities sales force and traders, clients and company managements. |
