Duties: | The Chief Administrative Officer for ICG Operations is a senior management-level role responsible for the Global Administration and Planning of the ICG Operations organization. The position requires a senior candidate with exemplary leadership and management capabilities, who can oversee a variety of activities geared at keeping a ~$2.3Bn global Operations organization in financial, staffing and compliance control. This includes direct and matrix management of relevant resources globally across the four regions while building strong ties with the Finance, HR, Risk & Control, and Resource Management teams.
