Requirements for applicants:
  • 2+ years experience in procurement, or supply chain field;
  • The ideal candidate has formal education (degree/masters) in a related field (Supply Chain, Sustainability, sustainable procurement etc.);
  • Knowledge of procurement systems is important but not mandatory as long as the candidate has a quick understanding of complex management systems and how they impact the workflow of the customer;
  • Excellent spoken and written English is a must, Spanish/Portuguese is a plus;
  • Excellent excel and data analytical skills;
  • Interest to work in an international and multicultural environment;

Duties:

The Customer Onboarding Consultant would report to and support the Onboarding Director in the following key areas:

As an Onboarding Consultant you will work with a diverse set of clients to ensure they have the foundations needed to maximize the value of EcoVadis for their organizations and mutual success. You will be responsible for partnering with them to help them adopt EcoVadis and integrate where applicable both in process and tools. You will track usage and adoption, provide reports, insights and best practices on how they perform and successfully “graduate past onboarding”. You will be a partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a coordinated and aligned approach to our customers.

Specific tasks and actions:

Support with data consolidation and performance (key metrics) tracking for Americas customers undergoing onboarding;

Prepare customer onboarding framework (building a deeper understanding):

  • research the customer’s sustainability strategy;
  • analysis and segmentation of customer data points;such as supplier data by category, country spend, recurrence
  • review and map the customers procurement organization, procurement process and systems, as well as any procurement guidelines (including KPIs, MBOs)

Collaborate with various departments and engage stakeholders via the use of collaboration tools:

  • Interface with the Customer Success Managers (CSM) who are the regular account managers of the customer;
  • Share best practices with the CSM team via the CSM Intranet

Contribute to the delivery of onboarding services including final recommendations delivered to the customer at the end of the program, and transition to CSM strategic deployment;

Continuously improve the working tools and workshop support material for the Onboarding program (i.e. identify opportunities for workflow improvement, best practices sharing and implementation).
