Requirements for applicants:
  • Strong knowledge of LISCC and System processes, procedures, and protocols is required. Working knowledge of C-SCAPE and ExamSpace is a plus.

  • Collaboration skills; ability to quickly build working relationships across the team and within LISCC and with partners external to LISCC (e.g., Board staff, other Reserve Bank colleagues).
  • Resourceful and seek ownership of assignments, produce high-quality results both independently and as a contributing member of a team, and operate effectively given rapidly evolving priorities.
Duties:
  • Implement the QC framework to promote the quality for all important components of the supervisory process through QC reviews of supervisory products and issues management.
  • Ensure that DST supervisory products, processes and activities meet established standards and conform with System standards set forth in AD 19-05, Framework for Assessing Oversight of the LISCC Program.
  • Analyze results of QC reviews and identify important themes and areas for improvement.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with staff on assigned DST teams to provide support and to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of LISCC-related operational processes and FR System standards and ensure knowledge transfer to LISCC DST staff.
  • Develop LISCC Program QC requirements with insightful contributions to relevant projects and working groups.
  • Teach courses or conduct hands-on tutorials to DST staff that relate to the supervisory process.
  • Contribute to the development of LISCC Operating Procedures to enhance operational processes in the LISCC portfolio.

What we do:

The LISCC Office of the Operating Committee Quality Control team ("OOC QC") is looking for a QC Specialist to support the LISCC DSTs relative to quality control and overall delivery of high-quality supervisory products that comply with LISCC and System procedures. You will provide support to the DSTs in the review of their supervisory products to ensure that they are aligned with and are meeting agreed upon LISCC requirements and FR System protocols and guidelines. The QC Specialist will report to the QC Manager in the OOC.
