• College degree preferred in field related to computer based training, bio-medical engineering, or the life sciences and/ or equivalent work experience.
• Clinical knowledge of Invasive Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to problem solve and generate creative solutions.

The Territory Assistant (TA) provides customers and end users with product, clinical/ technical, educational, and sales support to maximize recurring revenue, utilization of company products, and customer service objectives. Must meet customer expectations by striving without reserve for the greatest possible reliability and quality in our products, processes, and systems by being accountable, having a voice, and taking action.

Essential job responsibilities:

• Represents Stereotaxis during procedures by providing all necessary product expertise and demonstrates expertise in all aspects of clinical/ troubleshooting techniques.
• Provides direct support to physicians during clinical use of Stereotaxis products. Assist Field Training in training customer’s on the use of all aspects of the product properly to increase utilization and enable them to conduct training for their personnel (“train the trainer”).
• Understands national, regional, and territory sales objectives. Works in partnership with Area Business Managers and/ or Directors to achieve and exceed goals.
• Updates Area Business Managers and/ or Directors immediately following procedures regarding issues or problems requiring follow-up.
• Handles capable customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product.
• Advises on product issues regarding suggestions/ improvements to the system arising from product problems identified through technical support at customer’s site. Follows-up to make sure fixes are received and tested.
• Promotes the safe and effective use of Stereotaxis products and related procedures.
• Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records.

This position can be located in New York City or the Northern New Jersey Area.

• 80% travel minimum.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and risk of radiation.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
