Menary, reflecting on his early days as a marketing representative, fondly recalls traversing Iowa and engaging with clients and Grinnelll's field agents.

"While our strongest presence remains in Iowa, we've also extended our reach to Minnesota, Illinois, and Missouri the robust agricultural regions of the upper Midwest," he notes. "These experiences have equipped us with the knowledge to deliver exceptional service to these communities."

As the pandemic receded, Menary and his team embarked on a quest to redefine their approach to customer service while accommodating the evolving work-life balance needs of their colleagues.

"We made the decision to empower our employees to choose their work environment," Menary reveals. "They could opt for remote work, office-based work, or a flexible schedule, and a majority have chosen the remote option."
