Jeff Menary currently serves as President for Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company. He began his career as a marketing representative in 1980. He has served in many roles at Grinnell Mutual including, marketing and reinsurance manager, assistant vice president of direct underwriting, Vice President of underwriting and vice president of reinsurance.
Jeff has served the insurance industry as a past member of the Insurance Service Office CGL Advisory Panel and as a member of the Iowa Auto Insurance Plan Governing Committee including two years as chairperson and his current position on the Iowa FAIR Plan Governing Committee.
Jeff has an undergraduate degree from Central College and a Master of Business Leadership degree from William Penn University. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes. He also holds the following designations: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS).
