Hogan Family Drama Unfolds

Linda Hogan is opening up about her past marriage to wrestling legend Hulk Hogan and the painful estrangement from their daughter, Brooke Hogan.

In a candid interview with TMZ on March 29, Linda, 65, acknowledged that while Hulk, 71, “was a s***ty husband sometimes,” he was “always a good father” to their children, Brooke, now 36, and Nick, now 34.

Despite their 2009 divorce, Linda expressed sadness over Brooke’s decision to cut ties with both parents. She accused her daughter of severing communication for nearly eight years, calling the situation “unprecedented, unexpected, and unfair.” She also noted that Hulk has been deeply affected by the estrangement, as has their son, Nick.

Brooke, however, shared a different perspective. In a March 26 Instagram post, she explained that her decision was based on how each parent treated her over the years, stating, “I’ve set boundaries that were not respected, and at this point, I can truly do no more.”

Two days later, Brooke countered her mother’s claim, sharing a photo that showed she had last seen Linda in June 2023. The image featured Brooke and her husband, former hockey player Steven Oleksy, 39, enjoying an intimate outing with Linda. The couple, married since 2022, recently welcomed twins, Oliver and Molly.

Following Brooke’s remarks, Linda said she no longer believes reconciliation is possible. “After what Brooke has done to punish us and torture us, to get married and to have twins and to not call us, the damage has already been done,” she told TMZ. “I don’t think she could hurt us anymore, so she can just march on her merry way with her family.”

As the family rift continues, Hulk Hogan — real name Terry Gene Bollea — has remained silent on the matter. However, a source told Us Weekly that Hulk’s fallout with Brooke is more recent, adding that he “tells people he doesn’t specifically know why Brooke won’t speak to him.”
