    Natural ability to write effectively and creatively

    3+ years of booking experience in news

    Strong editorial judgment and thorough knowledge of the news of the day

    Strong research and reporting skills

    Ability to work under intense deadline pressure

    Ability to communicate effectively

  • Duties:

    Daily bookings – both day of and forward looking

    Identify new and unique guests and cultivate relationships

    Pitch stories daily

    Conduct pre-interviews with guests

    Work closely with the show’s producer, talent, and programming team and to ensure topical guests are delivered each day

  • Working conditions:

    The Ingraham Angle is looking for a Booker! This position offers you a unique opportunity to interact with some of the biggest movers and shakers in politics and culture – guests that have propelled this show to be one the of the to p programs in all of cable with competitive bookings. As the Booker, you are a self-starter and willing to work hours outside the typical 9-5pm schedule.
