Requirements for applicants
- B.S or B.A. with at least 3-5 years of finance/consulting/investment management/real estate experience.

Duties
The Studio team is seeking an associate in a cross functional role supporting the platform’s asset management, portfolio management, finance, and technology capabilities, as well as to support new business growth and strategic initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop compelling and effective monthly and quarterly reports for senior management and investors synthesizing Studio’s performance, operational updates, and strategic initiatives, working alongside Studio’s global operations and sales teams and Tishman.
- Speyer’s portfolio management, asset management and corporate finance groups.
- Support Studio’s operations and sales teams to maintain live P&Ls and performance data in our operational technology platform, structure enterprise deals, assess and implement ongoing strategic processes and maintain market and competitor data.
- Spearhead setup of new Studio locations, working with our Sales and Operations teams, covering all aspects of our flex office platform. Areas will cover pricing, leasing, budgets, performance reporting, and financial/accounting coordination.
- Lead finance activities covering quarterly reforecasts and budgeting processes as well as Studio’s member facing operations including leasing, billing, and payments. Collaborate with Studio’s global operations and sales teams, and Tishman Speyer’s asset management portfolio management, legal and accounting teams.
- Work with operations team, technology partners and internal Tishman Speyer technology experts to evolve Studio’s technology platform and member facing offerings.
- Support new and existing market and competitor research, underwriting new locations through working with asset management, acquisitions and development teams, creating investment memorandum and decks for senior management and investors, completing due diligence on potential new business lines and investigating partnership opportunities.
