|Requirements for applicants:||
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ of experience in managed healthcare operations. Must have thorough knowledge of LTC / LTSS and Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) guidelines, rules and requirements. Previous leadership experience in a Nursing Home or HCBS environment preferred.
Current State Driver’s License.
Design, implement and oversee all Long Term Care (LTC) / LTSS programs and services in designated service area
Develop project plans to implement LTC /LTSS services and HCBS, including ongoing administration
Identify trends and root causes of problems and provide recommendations for improvements, documentation, and training
Collaborate with configuration, claims, contracting and provider data management to ensure that necessary networks are established and accurate coding in related systems to eliminate over payments, interest, and waste
Participate in the integration of specialty products in health plan operations
Direct the development and implementation of work processes and operational systems
Develop reports to monitor performance and process related to LTC and waiver services and communicate progress to management
Establish best practices and standard operating procedures
Serve as subject matter expert on benefits and waivers
Travel up to 20%
