Heidi Manes is Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Levi Strauss & Co.

Career

As Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer, Heidi is responsible for leading the company’s transformation and positioning the company for the future. By working with her peers on the Executive Leadership Team and leaders throughout LS&Co., Heidi is enabling organizational change designed to elevate the Levi’s® brand, further diversify the company’s business with an increased focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) and prioritize the digitization of its business to deliver value and help the company emerge stronger and more profitable.

Prior to taking this role in 2020, Heidi held a number of leadership roles at LS&Co. over the past 15 years, most recently serving as SVP of finance for Global DTC and the Levi Strauss Americas region—the company’s largest. She has also served as controller, chief accounting officer, and had responsibility over various functions within the Finance organization including shared services, corporate real estate, and investor relations. Her deep knowledge of the company’s strategies, business performance and operations position her well to lead LS&Co. through its current transformation to streamline decision making, reduce complexity and embed a growth mindset in every aspect of our business.

Before joining LS&Co., Heidi spent eight years at KPMG, one of the top global firms providing audit, tax and advisory services to clients around the world.

Education and personal life

Heidi has a Bachelor of Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. She currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, Justin, and daughter, Bella.
