Also, Funds from operations (FFO) was $6.3 million, or $0.35 per diluted share, in the current quarter. Adjusted Funds From Operations (AFFO) was $7.5 million, or $0.41 per diluted share, in Q4th 2021.
Rental and other income for the quarter ended 31 December 2021 increased 46.2% to USD 10.28 million.
The company also said in its report that total expenses for the current three months increased 44.9 per cent to US$12.99 million from US$8.97 million in the three months.
As for the results for the year ended 31 December 2021, the net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders in 2021 was US$29.11 million.
Rental income increased by 16.7% to USD 32.04 million. Total expenses increased by 1.36% to USD 42.13 million.
