Carol H. Larson, William Hartmann, Padma Elmgart and Lisa Polsky are the newest Board Members of HSBC North America Holdings Inc. (HNAH) and HSBC Bank USA, N.A. (HBUS).
HSBC Bank USA today announced the recent appointments of Carol H. Larson, William Hartmann, Padma Elmgart and Lisa Polsky to the HSBC North America Holdings Inc. (HNAH) and HSBC Bank USA, N.A. (HBUS) Boards of Directors. Elmgart’s and Polsky’s appointments are effective as of Jan. 7 while Larson and Hartmann were appointed in October 2022.
