Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Vice President, Consultant, Associate, Software Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will accept a Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study and 3 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience. Requires three (3) years of experience with: object oriented programming and SQL Server programming; development on Smart Client and Web Client applications; .NET framework, C#.Net, ASP.NET, Visual Studio Remoting, XML, and ASP.NET MVC; REST Api development using Asp.Net Web Api, WCF, and Web Services; and JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, less, sass, bootstrap, and JQgrid. Requires any amount of experience with: design patterns (factory pattern, singleton pattern, and dependency injection); databases Microsoft Sql Server and IBM DB2; developing PL/SQL programming; SQL Tuning using SQL Profiler; using repository management tools including Team Foundation Server(TFS), GIT and VFS; asynchronous programming using parallel tasks, async/await, and multi-threaded programming; and cloud technologies azure; and slick grid.

Design and develop to ensure that the software systems meet all technical specifications. Ensure adherence to standard SDLC processes and all guidelines are followed. Plan and Implement development of large scale multi-tiered applications in a global environment. Ensure that project deliverables are on time, within budget, and are of the highest level of quality. Evaluate existing states and define future state architecture and solutions.
