|Requirements for applicants:||
Requires 5-6 years experience with operations, financial reporting and analysis, audit guidelines, budgeting and multi-state operations and processes; experience with complex business environments including multiple entity and highly automated situations; 3 years management experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Knowledge of Blue Card InterPlan process preferred. Knowledge of Program Integrity programs and WGS preferred.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Maintains high production standards.
Anticipates change and emerging customer and associate needs.
Monitors inventory and trends and develops inventory reduction plans as needed.
Anticipates problems and opportunities within the units managed and determines resolutions.
Acts as a mentor for others.
Creates and develops partnerships with other departments including Sales, Underwriting, Healthcare Management, Claims,
Customer Service, Third Party Recovery and Membership.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

This position will have oversight of a team of approximately 25 associates that complete the validation and claim adjustments for overpaid claims on the WGS claim platforms.
