Contract between the companies

Donnelly Energy said it has been awarded a contract for the direct installation program offered by Public Service Electric and Gas through 2023. Donnelly Energy will be the authorized contractor responsible for marketing and implementing the program in Passaic, Morris, Middlesex. and Hunterdon County.

PSE&G's direct installation program helps local and state governments, nonprofits and businesses in urban business zones improve energy efficiency through discounted lighting upgrades and HVAC and refrigeration system upgrades. Public Service Enterprise Group will pay 100% of the initial cost.

Public Service Enterprise Group is an American energy company headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.

Almost all of the company's generating capacity consists of nuclear and fossil energy sources and is located in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States in some of the largest and most developed electricity markets in the country.

The company is subject to significant competition in the national market. Major competitors: Duke Energy, American Electric Power, FirstEnergy, DPL Inc. and Ormat Technologies, among others.
