The cost of gasoline at gas stations in the US has once again hit an all-time high, reaching $4.523 per gallon (3.785 litres). This is evidenced by data released on Tuesday by the nonprofit American Automobile Association, which tracks rates at more than 60,000 gas stations in the country.
According to its data, the average cost per gallon of Regular gasoline rose to $4.523 in the U.S. by Tuesday morning. However, it is worth noting that the figure was $4.483 on Monday.
The highest gasoline prices in the United States, including California, cost an average of $6,021 per gallon.
