The Tesla website notes that purchases made with Dogecoin cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. It is also stressed that the online shop does not work with other cryptocurrencies.
Elon Musk himself tweeted on Friday that Tesla products "can now be bought with Dogecoin". He has previously spoken positively about Dogecoin on his microblog on several occasions.
