He also held financial and executive positions at Montgomery Securities, MAC Group/Gemini Consulting and Marakon Associates.

Mr. Jorgensen holds a degree in economics from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He and his wife Debbie live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
