The company reported earnings of $1.04 per share and revenue of $6.51bln. Analysts had expected earnings per share of $1.02 and total revenue of $6.32bln.
NVIDIA shares were trading at $186.00 after the market close, according to the report.
NVIDIA's stock price, up 45% this year, has performed better than the Nasdaq Index overall, climbing 12% since the beginning of the year.
Cisco's earnings
Cisco released its quarter 4 results on Wednesday, beating analysts' estimates. The revenue figure exceeded forecasts.
The company reported earnings per share of $0.84 and revenues of $13.13bln. Experts in their forecasts assumed earnings per share of $0.8284 and total revenue of $13.04bln.
Cisco shares lost 2.52 per cent trading at $53.75 in after-market trading, according to the report.
Up 23% this year, Cisco's share price has performed better than the Dow Jones index overall, rising 14% since the start of the year.
Estee Lauder revenue
Estee Lauder (NYSE:EL) reported fourth-quarter results that beat analysts' estimates. Also, it is worth noting that the revenue figure exceeded forecasts.
The company reported $0.78 earnings per share and revenue of $3.94bln. Experts had assumed in their forecasts that earnings per share would be $0.5072 and total revenue would be $3.74bln.
However, Estee Lauder's share price, up 19% this year, has performed better than the S&P 500 Index overall, rising 17% since the beginning of the year.
