Donald Trump's company
Donald Trump's companies generated about $2.4bn in revenues during his four years as US president, Forbes magazine said on Monday.
Also, as noted in the publication, the calculations are based on an analysis of documents, including those published in recent weeks. The piece highlights that from January 2017 to December 2020, revenues from Trump's various business entities are estimated at about $2.4 billion. About $943 million, in particular, came from golf courses and clubs. Another $781 million came from royalties related to real estate, while $466 million came from operations related to licensing rights and the hospitality business. The publication noted that Trump's business was short about $200 million because of the pandemic.
According to Forbes' latest estimates, Trump's fortune has fallen to $2.4bn in recent years.
It is worth noting that in March 2019, the magazine's experts estimated the total value of Trump's assets at around $3.1 billion. He himself has previously repeatedly stated that his fortune exceeds $10 billion. The Republican stressed that staying in office as president was extremely unprofitable for him from a financial point of view.
