Eminem's former estate
A luxury estate in Rochester, Michigan previously owned by both Detroit rapper Marshall Bruce Mathers III (Eminem) and former Kmart CEO, is back on the market for more than $3 million.
The gated home at 5760 Winkler Mill Road, which Eminem owned from 2003 to 2017, spans nearly six acres and is a 17,500 square foot mansion with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. According to the Zillow listing, the estate also has a tennis and basketball court, as well as a swimming pool, hot tub, gazebo cabana and a 2,000-square-foot guest house.
Special features of the house include imported building material and "immaculate woodwork' throughout the billiard room, bar and dining room," the listing also boasts.
"The kitchen is a chef's dream with two freezers, a spacious butler's pantry, granite worktops, double islands and a spacious cupboard and worktop," the listing continues.
There is also a pond and several fountains on the grounds.
Each bedroom in Eminem's former home is a themed suite and there are also state-of-the-art systems for electronics, audio, as well as imaging and lighting systems. The listing states that the mansion is located minutes from Rochester city centre and close to the 'award-winning' schools in the area.
Marshall Bruce Mathers III acquired the property in 2003, when one of his albums was listed in Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. Kmart CEO Charles Conaway owned the property before Mathers.
