Duties:
  • Responsible for Freight Operations – This includes management of Vendors and Pricing.
  • Works with Customers and Suppliers to deliver materials.
  • Responsible for working with Sales to manage Freight Pricing programs and quoting custom jobs.
  • Works with Shipping Department to execute shipping transactions.
  • Responsible for AR Collections - Manage all correspondence and collection calls.
  • Ensure collection of payments to outstanding invoices in a timely manner.
  • Management of US Gov’t Orders – Post Award. Updating Sales Manager of current order status.
  • Responsible for reviewing sales orders for accuracy consistent with Belmont policy & procedures
  • Partner with sales team on as needed projects.
  • Monitors and controls the order process, ensuring efficient and adequate flow of goods.
  • In partnership with Management develops, implements, and maintains Freight processes to reduce costs and increase customer service.
  • Ensures efficient and effective department processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepares all required reports and correspondence as needed by management.
  • Assist with department budget; manages expenses within approved budget constraints based on company monthly budget.
  • Identifies, documents, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Working conditions:

Salary is 50k-60k depending on experience with an annual Bonus based on performance.
