Steven Francis is president of PulteGroup’s Charlotte Division.

Career

Steven started his career as Assistant Controller and Business Analyst, Mid Atlantic Region Marriott International, then he was Assistant Controller, Charlotte Nc Standard Pacific Homes, followed by Assistant Controller, Washington Dc and Suburban Maryland Lennar. Then he started as Division Controller, Charlotte Nc Standard Pacific Homes. After that he became Vice President, Finance and Accounting, Carolina Region Standard Pacific Homes, then Vice President, Operations Carolina Region Standard Pacific Homes and then President, Charlotte Division Standard Pacific Homes.

Steven Francis also held the position of Division President at Fielding Homes, Richmond American Homes. He is currently Division President of Pultegroup.

Education

Steven completed a BS - Accounting degree at Marshall University in 2002. In 2003 he received a Master's of Accounting from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business.
