Tory Burch, director and founder of the eponymous fashion brand Tory Burch LLC, and an active campaigner for women's rights, says: "Believe in yourself and in your ambitious goals, boldly go ahead and help other women!" Abigail Johnson, a female billionaire and head of the largest financial and investment company Fidelity Investments, wants: "To enjoy and positive returns from work and personal life, and constantly increase the level of knowledge and personal growth." Ginni Rometty, who served as CEO of IBM from 2012-2020, urges: "Women who take on leadership responsibilities need to be true to themselves and believe in themselves, to create long-term positive prospects for the company." During Ginny's tenure as CEO of the company, many positive changes were introduced, such as extending parental leave and helping women who return to work after taking a sabbatical.
