Ginni Rometty, who served as CEO of IBM from 2012-2020, urges: "Women who take on leadership responsibilities need to be true to themselves and believe in themselves, to create long-term positive prospects for the company." During Ginny's tenure as CEO of the company, many positive changes were introduced, such as extending parental leave and helping women who return to work after taking a sabbatical.
