Biography

Keily Blair is an Irish technology executive. She is the chief executive officer of OnlyFans, an Internet content subscription service based in London, United Kingdom.

Career

Blair is a lawyer whose early career included time at PwC and law firms Morrison & Foerster and Allen & Overy. Blair was the first winner of the First 100 Years's Inspirational Women in Law Awards in 2016. In January 2020, Blair joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a London law firm.

At Orrick, she was head of the firm's cyber, privacy and data innovation practice; among her clients was OnlyFans. Blair was recruited by OnlyFans in January 2022, as chief strategy and operations officer, in charge of OnlyFans's trust and safety operations. During this time, she was an advocate for the Online Safety Act 2023 in the UK. Blair was named chief executive officer of OnlyFans in July 2023, succeeding Amrapali Gan.
