In addition, Brian has over a decade of experience as an M&A investment banker most recently as a Senior Managing Director at Evercore Partners as well as earlier at Lazard Freres. During his career he has worked on a wide range of transactions and deal structures (capital raises, new market entry, IPOs, venture-backed growth acquisitions, private equity transactions, talent and capability acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings, and corporate venture investing).
