Joe Biden's activities
US President Joe Biden's approval rating has fallen to 50% for the first time since he took office. This is evidenced by the data published on Friday in a poll conducted in July by the polling service Gallup inc.
According to the results, 45% of Americans disapprove of Biden's performance as president and 5% have not formed a position on this issue. Thus, only half of respondents support Biden's performance, which is six percentage points less compared with June at that time 56% of respondents favourably assessed the performance of the President.
It should be noted that the July rating was the lowest for the entire period of Biden's presidency.
The assessment of Biden's performance varied depending on party affiliation of respondents. Thus, 90% of supporters of Democratic party of the USA approve of the president's activity. Among Republicans only 12% have a positive view of the president. Among citizens who are not supporters of any party, 48% of respondents support Biden.
It is worth noting that the survey was conducted from 6 to 21 July among 1,007 respondents over 18 years living in all 50 states of the United States and the city of Washington. The margin of error does not exceed 4%.
