Duties:

The Partner Sales Development Representative (PSDR) will answer inbound inquiries about products and services with the objective of converting calls into customers. The PSDR will take a consultative approach when making outbound calls to connect and sell services. In addition, The PSDR will collaborate with multiple team members to determine best practices for strategic sales approaches.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Ensure follow-up with calls-to-action, dates, and complete profile information.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities on a daily basis.
  • Utilize Salesforce to access, change or input account information for new and existing customers.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, multi-tasking, and communicating in an efficient manner.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
