Biography
Zachary Halper is a founding partner of Halper Sadeh LLP.
Education
He received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, with honors.
Career
While attending Georgetown, Mr. Halper clerked at several national and international law firms where he helped attorneys advise large companies in regulatory and litigation matters. Upon graduating from Georgetown, Mr. Halper went on to gain valuable experience clerking for the Honorable Allison Accurso, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Following his judicial clerkship, Mr. Halper became an associate at a nationally-acclaimed law firm representing investors in securities class actions and shareholder derivative lawsuits. He was actively involved in litigating numerous cases which resulted in substantial recoveries and shareholder reforms.
Mr. Halper is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
