RadNet, Inc. is a national provider of freestanding and fixed-site outpatient diagnostic imaging services.
The Company operates directly or indirectly through joint ventures with hospitals, approximately 347 centers located in Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey and New York. Its centers provide physicians with imaging capabilities to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders.
The Company’s services include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET), nuclear medicine, mammography, ultrasound, diagnostic radiology (X-ray), fluoroscopy and other related procedures.
In addition, it has a software division to facilitate the imaging business. Its subsidiaries include Radnet Managed Imaging Services, Inc., Radnet Management, Inc., Radnet Management I, Inc., Radnet Management II, Inc., Radnet Sub, Inc., Beach Imaging Group, LLC, Diagnostic Village, LLC, FRI II, Inc., FRI, Inc. and Quantib Inc.
