Centura Health, the region’s health care leader, is focused on connecting Colorado and Kansas to affordable, world-class care.

History

In 1996, Centura Health was formed through an Affiliation Agreement and now functions under the sponsors, Catholic Health Initiatives and Adventist Health System. Since their earliest days, Adventists have been active in establishing hospitals that place an emphasis on whole person care and on illness prevention. Catholics are well known for their tradition of caring for the poor.
