Amazon Advertising’s DSP team is seeking a Program Manager with the experience, drive, and strategic vision to grow Amazon advertising though innovation in campaign setup and delivery.

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects

5+ years of experience in program or project management

5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Experience optimizing cross-team processes that improve team efficacy and delivery

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Ability to dive deep into technical concepts with successful past delivery of technical user-facing products

Experience in the digital advertising or marketing space

Proficient in SQL

Composed understanding of advertising performance metrics and reporting for large online marketing programs

As the Sr. Program Manager on Programmatic O&O, you insist on the highest standards, have a bias for action, and bring a history of delivering results. You own the assessment of product catalog and evangelize adoption throughout all Amazon Advertising. You will use your connections with Advertising leadership to guide your work. You will maintain a relentless focus on the customer and dive deep into the challenges they face. You have great judgement and can advise which opportunities drive the most strategic value for the business.
