Career
Wes Anderson leads Microsoft’s Services business providing technical consultants and product support services for Federal Governments, State & Local Governments, Health and Education organizations within the United States and worldwide.
Wes joined Microsoft in February 1998 as an Account Executive for the US Navy and Marine Corps accounts, and succeeded in several sales and management roleson the Navy team. He performed several other roles, from incubating new businesses like Knowledge Management to creating Microsoft’s business focused on National Security Services. After leading Microsoft’s National Security Services business, Wes was promoted to General Manager of Microsoft’s US Federal business. Attaining significant growth and accomplishment within his role in Microsoft Federal, Wes was selected to his current position as Vice President, Worldwide Public Sector Services.
