Biography
Andrew Macdonald is Vice President, Americas and Global Business Development for Uber. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Regional Director for Asia Pacific and Latin America at Uber.
Career
A few years before joining Uber, Andrew founded two start-ups, so working with Uber was a logical extension of his career. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Andrew worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, helping clients in technology, financial services and manufacturing.
Andrew is actively involved in technology development in his hometown of Toronto, serves on the advisory board of Ryerson DMZ (Canada's leading educational business incubator), and advises a number of other local startups.
