In October last year, the Playboy company went public again and refused to release its famous magazines with 70 years of history and the debut picture of Marilyn Monroe in 53 of the last century.
Playboy decided to use their recognizable rabbit logo to create and promote the way of life brand with enjoyment. As well as the sale of goods under its own logo in 4 categories: games, beauty and care, clothing and sexual health.
The Lovers network includes online shops, as well as 40 offline shops in 5 US states. "By acquiring online retailer Lovers, Playboy plans to establish itself in a segmented category related to the sex wellness industry," said a Playboy executive in charge.
In the future, according to the executive director, the company plans to expand in the area of clothing and men's care.
