Reese Witherspoon captivated everyone at the Los Angeles premiere of Zoë Kravitz’s directorial debut, Blink Twice, on Thursday, August 8. The 48-year-old star and producer made it a family night, attending the glamorous event with her 20-year-old son, Deacon Phillippe, whom she shares with actor Ryan Phillippe.

Witherspoon looked stunning in a sleek black pantsuit, while Deacon sported a laid-back vibe with a casual blue T-shirt and glasses tucked into his collar. Although they didn’t walk the red carpet together, Witherspoon’s daughter, Ava Phillippe, 24, was also there, channeling her inner Taylor Swift with a chic white blouse and sparkly black shorts at the DGA Theater Complex.

The evening was not only a family gathering but also a celebration of friendship. Witherspoon posed on the red carpet with Kravitz, who is making her directorial debut with Blink Twice, a thrilling film featuring her fiancé Channing Tatum and actress Naomi Ackie. The duo, along with Laura Dern, who co-starred with them in HBO’s Big Little Lies, showed their unwavering support for Kravitz’s new project.

During the event, 35-year-old Kravitz took a moment to honor her fiancé, Tatum, calling him the “love of [her] life” and expressing her deep gratitude for his constant support throughout the filmmaking process. She said, “From producing and performing to comforting me during my worst moments, thank you for embracing my obsessive, control-freak side. Making this film with you has been an unforgettable adventure.”

As anticipation builds around Kravitz’s new film, fans of Big Little Lies have more to look forward to, as Witherspoon, Kravitz, Dern, Nicole Kidman, and Shailene Woodley are expected to reunite for a highly anticipated third season. Kidman recently hinted in an interview with Vanity Fair, “We’re in good shape… But we need to shut up because there’s this whole thing that you should never talk about something until you’ve done it.”
