N.I.I.T noticed that most people who used computers were men. So they wanted to teach more women and kids how to use them. N.I.I.T has been in over 30 countries. Computers were first made in the 1800s. Charles Babbage made the first one. It could do simple math. Before that, people used things like the abacus and the Napier bones.
Now, computers are small and we can carry them in our hands.
