Three components, the application itself, which resides on a smartphone, an opt-in consumer panel, and a back-end big data analytics environment, form the working foundation of the AppOptix Mobile Intelligence Platform. This platform provides a best-in-class architecture to observe the complex and evolving mobile behaviors that historically were measured via self-reported survey responses which were highly inaccurate and at best offered a static view of the behavior.
