Description

CBL & Associates Properties is a self-managed, self-administered, fully integrated real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns, develops, acquires, leases, manages, and operates regional shopping malls, outlet centers, lifestyle centers, open-air centers, and other properties.

The Company's owned and managed portfolio is comprised of approximately 95 properties, including 57 enclosed malls, outlet centers, and lifestyle retail centers, and 30 open-air centers and other assets. Its properties are located in approximately 24 states and are primarily in the southeastern and midwestern United States. CBL conducts substantially all its business through CBL & Associates Limited Partnership (the Operating Partnership), which is a variable interest entity.

Its properties include Parkdale Crossing, Parkdale Mall, Harford Mall Annex, Harford Mall, Kirkwood Mall, Eastland Mall, Brookfield Square, Sunrise Commons, Sunrise Mall, Alamance Crossing, and Northgate Mall.
