Description

C4 Therapeutics, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company. The Company is focused on harnessing the body’s natural regulation of protein levels to develop therapeutic candidates to target and destroy disease-causing proteins for the treatment of cancer, neurodegenerative conditions and other diseases.

The Company provides technology platform, Target ORiented ProtEin Degrader Optimizer (TORPEDO), to synthesize a new class of small molecule protein degraders that are designed to destroy disease-causing proteins, including targets previously considered to be undruggable. The Company’s lead product candidates, CFT7455, is an orally bioavailable degrader targeting IKZF1/3 for multiple myeloma (MM), peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).

The Company is also developing CFT8634, an orally bioavailable degrader of a protein target called bromodomain containing 9 (BRD9), for synovial sarcoma and SMARCB1-deleted solid tumors.
