It operates through four segments: Banking, Factoring, Payments and Corporate. The Banking segment includes the operations of TBK Bank. TBK Bank is a Texas-state savings bank offering commercial and consumer banking products focused on meeting client needs in Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Iowa and Illinois.
Factoring segment includes the operations of Triumph Business Capital, which provides invoice factoring solutions to industries. Payment segment includes the operations of the TBK Bank's TriumphPay division that provides carrier payment solutions in the trucking industry. Corporate segment includes holding company financing and investment activities. TBK Bank also offers insurance through Triumph Insurance Group, Inc., and equipment lending and asset-based lending through Triumph Commercial Finance.
