Description
For more than 40 years, Concern Housing's concern for Independent living has been helping low-income and disabled people achieve their goals of greater independence, housing stability and greater pride in their achievements. The programs allowed individuals and families to get rid of homelessness and reunite parents with the children they were separated from. The company is one of the largest housing agencies of its kind in New York State, currently serving about 850 individuals and families in more than 220 localities. The concern offers a wide range of housing options with individual support services designed to support personal growth and independence.
