Biography
Salvatore D. Fazzolari is the former chairman, president and chief executive officer of Harsco Corporation, a diversified global industrial company.
Career
He served as chairman and chief executive officer from 2008–2012 and as president from 2010–2012. Over his 30-year career with Harsco, Fazzolari also held the titles of president from 2006–2007 and chief financial officer from 1998–2007, as well as treasurer and corporate controller. He serves on the board for Gannett Fleming, Inc. and Bollman Hat Company, and is a former board member for OrangeHook, Inc. In addition, Fazzolari is an advisory board member of Current Capital LLC, an operating partner – metals for Sole Source Capital and a member of the senior advisory council of AEA Investors LP.
Education
A certified public accountant (inactive) and certified information systems auditor (inactive), he holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
