The Company is focused on developing SNDX-5613, targeting the binding interaction of menin with the mixed lineage leukemia 1 (MLL1), protein for the treatment of MLL-rearranged (MLLr), acute leukemias and nucleophosmin 1 (NPM1), mutant acute myeloid leukemia (AML), as well as axatilimab, a monoclonal antibody that blocks the colony stimulating factor 1 (CSF-1) receptor.
The Company’s products candidate also includes entinostat, once-weekly, oral, small molecule and Class I histone deacetylases (HDAC) inhibitor that being evaluated in the Phase III E2112 registrational clinical trial in combination with exemestane for hormone receptor positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative and breast cancer.
