STAG Industrial is a real estate investment fund specialising in the acquisition and operation of industrial properties in the US (see "REIT Funds" for details). It was formed in 2010. It is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts (USA) and has additional offices in Dallas, Texas (USA).
STAG Industrial, Inc. owns more than 450 warehouse, distribution, office, retail, etc. properties in 38 states, totalling approximately 92 million square feet.
Each property is leased to a single tenant. No single tenant accounts for more than 1.9% of the total revenue.
STAG Industrial's clients include major companies in the automotive industry (12% of revenue), airfreight and logistics (9%), supplies (8%), etc., such as Amazon, General Service Administration, XPO Logistics, Inc., DHL Supply Chain, Solo Cup and others.
