RSS addresses people with mental and substance use disorders. And they believe that a history of disability or disability should not prevent a person from realizing their full potential or ability to lead a productive life. Through housing, employment, crisis / temporary services, treatment, care coordination, socialization and wellness programs, their rehabilitation and recovery services provide people with experiences that will help them lead productive and fulfilling lives in their communities.
