Career
Zoë has been a member of the Executive Committee (EC) since 2021, when she was appointed Upstream Director.
She has held various management positions in Shell’s Downstream, Integrated Gas and Upstream businesses. Prior roles include Executive Vice President Conventional Oil and Gas (COG), Country Chair for Shell’s businesses in Australia and New Zealand, and Executive Vice President for Oil Sands.
Prior to joining Shell in 2014, she held a number of front line and management roles for Rio Tinto.
Zoë has lived in nine countries across five continents. She holds an engineering degree from the University of Western Australia and an Executive MBA from the University of Utah. She is married with three children.
